Big hunka lobsta mac and cheese with heavy cream and seven different hand-grated fresh cheeses penguinstyle (www.theplaidpenguin.com), Mom’s chocolate mousse with fresh homemade whipped cream, fudge and key lime pie for dessert, everyone is so full they feel like they are going to explode.
As I laid in bed Christmas night, I remembered that we had eaten eggs benedict for breakfast. Thankful for my brother in law who likes to cook breakfast!!!
